Today found the Year 10 Catering class perfecting their bread making skills, practicing different techniques to produce a variety of shapes. Hand rolling shapes such as twists, plaits, knots and Catherine wheels from balls of dough was a new experience for the students.
The Catering students try to work at all times to high levels of Health & Safety and hygiene standards. The photographs show the students wearing their catering hats and aprons with some students wearing gloves to cover bandages and plasters.
An enjoyable lesson was had by all.
