Events at Mullion School

Midsummer Medley at Mullion School 30 June 2013

This will be the 8th Annual Show held at Mullion School and plans are coming together nicely for the event to be held on Sunday 30 June. The show will be open to the public from 12 noon until 4pm.

There are various demonstrations taking place including fencing and judo.

There will also be a Talent Show with a number of great acts to see and you the public will be picking the winner(s)!! Music will be taking place throughout the afternoon.

There will be various stalls from a Woodturner, funky jewellery, craft stalls selling handmade beaded jewellery and accessories, cards, pictures, gift bags, trinket boxes, personalised jewellery, wooden toys, textiles, sweets, cake stalls, plant stall, novelty knitwear, Body Shop, Clocks and more, Drawings/Paintings and Painted Furniture, Beach Crafts, Crochet, Hand-painted Glass & Mosaics, Cushions & Bags, Croutons & Chutneys, T-Shirts, Aerial Photography, Fire Brigade, The Magic Man, Ice Creams and Refreshments, Haberdashery as well as fencing and judo demonstrations. These are just a taster of some of the stalls which will be there.

The Mullion School Quilting Circle have once again, produced a beautiful quilt which they will be selling tickets for on the day. Tickets cost just a £1 each and the draw will take place before the end of term (23 July). This wonderful handmade quilt will be available to view in the main school office. Well worth paying a £1 for a ticket!

There is also a grand raffle draw with superb prizes which students have been encouraged to sell. The student who sells the most tickets will receive a cash prize of £25.00. The first prize is £100 cash. Tickets are available from the School Office.

Everyone is invited to come along and join us in what will be an afternoon of entertainment and fun for everyone.
